British pound increases its value against the Euro. 01/07/2010

The British pound reaches the highest level against the Euro for 19 months yesterday. 

Euro currency mortgage borrowers benefit form the currency exchange rate between pound and the Euro. 

Turkey property mortgages had advised their customers to go for the Euro mortgage when the Euro and the pound were almost the same exchange level 2 years ago. TPM customers now enjoy reducing their outstanding capital balance by up to 20% without doing anything.
