Some of the Turkish banks have recently  reduced their annual mortgage interest rates by up to 0,45% . Foreign buyers can obtain mortgages from Turkish banks with rates between 5,7%- 7,5%. Turkish mortgages are  available in GBP,Euor, $ and TL. Contact TPM for detailed information.
